1. Eligibility

• This giveaway is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 and above with valid Malaysian address.

• Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of APR Malaysia are not eligible to participate.

 

2. Sponsor
This giveaway is organised and sponsored by APR Malaysia.

 

3. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway runs from 2 December 2025 until 31 December 2025.

• Giveaway draws will occur every week in December 2025.

• Entries for each weekly draw close at 11:59 PM Malaysia Time (MYT) every Sunday. With exception to the final week of December where the weekly draw will close on the 31st of December 2025 at 11:59 PM Malaysia Time (MYT).

 

4. How to Enter
Participants must complete all of the following steps on our Social Media Account(s) either Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or WhatsApp Community to qualify:

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
 

5. Prizes

• Weekly winners will be selected to receive a pre-determined prize.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

• Prizes are to be claimed by 31st January 2026. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after this date.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected weekly via a random draw.

• Winners will be notified through Direct Message (DM) on the platform they participated from (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or WhatsApp).

• Winners must respond within 72 hours. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited and another winner selected.

• APR Malaysia reserves the right to request proof of identity or eligibility.

 

7. Publicity Consent
By participating, winners consent to the use of their name, username, photographs, and entry details for announcement and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

8. General Conditions

• APR Malaysia reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway should unforeseen circumstances arise, including fraud, technical errors, or events beyond the organiser’s control.

• APR Malaysia is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

 

9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless APR Malaysia, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation or the use of any awarded prize.

 

10. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data collected will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway, including contacting winners, and will not be shared with third parties except where required for prize fulfilment.

 

11. Platform Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
Participants release these platforms from any responsibility or liability related to this giveaway.
